Rental Office We're located in Columbus, Ohio with apartment rentals in historic Olde Towne East, King-Lincoln District, Woodland Park, German Village and Marble Cliff/Grandview. Most of our apartments are just minutes from downtown and the following:

Franklin Park Conservatory
Columbus Art Museum
Main Public Library
Nationwide Children's Hospital
Easton Towne Center
5 area colleges (including Columbus College of Art & Design, Columbus State Community College, Capital University Law School, and The Ohio State University)

In addition to being centrally located to downtown, our apartments fit a variety of budgets.

Prospective Residents

Please call our office before filling out an application. We really like our possible tenants to see the apartments before paying the NON-REFUNDABLE application fee. Also, please be advised that the apartments are rented on a first-come first-serve basis.

If you would like to rent an apartment:

After you have selected an apartment, you pay the required application fee and the full security deposit. This holds the apartment exclusively for you until the mutually agreed upon date as to when rent is to begin.

Application Fees:
Single applicant - $25.00 each
Married couple - $35.00
If your application is turned down, we will return the security deposit as soon as possible. The application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
If the application is approved and you change your mind, the security deposit will not be refunded.

REMEMBER, Our office will be closed Sept 4, 5 & 6!! Rent is considered late if paid after the 5th. Please plan accordingly. Also, no fees to pay your rent online starting with September. Effective 8/1/10 there is a $5 fee to pay rent with a credit card at our office.
