Please call our office before filling out an application. We really like our possible tenants to see the apartments before paying the NON-REFUNDABLE application fee. Also, please be advised that the apartments are rented on a first-come first-serve basis.

If you would like to rent an apartment:

1. After you have selected an apartment, you pay the required application fee and the full security deposit. This holds the apartment exclusively for you until the mutually agreed upon date as to when rent is to begin.
   
   Application Fees:
   Single applicant - $25.00 each
   Married couple - $35.00
   
   
2. If your application is turned down, we will return the security deposit as soon as possible. The application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
   
   
3. If the application is approved and you change your mind, the security deposit will not be refunded.
